Offering a wide range of services, including prenatal education and preparation, birth planning and support, postpartum care, lactation consulting, fertility counseling, and abortion and pregnancy loss services. I take a whole-person approach to your care, incorporating practices such as mindfulness, meditation, nutrition, and movement to support your overall well-being. I also offer guidance on alternative and complementary therapies, such as Reiki and aromatherapy, to help you achieve optimal health and wellness. My goal is to help you feel confident and supported throughout your entire reproductive journey, and to help you achieve the birth experience that is right for you.
