I believe my birth-keeper journey started during my Mothers birth, when the first words announced about me was her midwife saying that I am an “old soul.” Later in life I found out that I was her last baby she helped deliver, as she was retiring that day. Since then, I instinctively knew that I would pick up where she left off and follow in her footsteps, as a Full Spectrum Birthing and Postpartum Doula.

I have a mission to change the ways we act and think about birth, and approach it with empowerment and honesty, so that woman can birth just as their body naturally knows how to. 

​My focus is to continue to be very knowledgeable about Women’s health relating to the childbirth continuum of pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. Honoring the Triple Moon Goddess (the phases of womanhood) in a way that connects all life force and its cycles.

​I find the transformation of a woman’s body in creating life fascinating, especially how they have the innate goddess power within them to open the portal and give birth. With that, I am enhancing my deep connection with the divine feminine, and helping those connect to it as well. 

​For centuries women have accompanied and supported other women through their labor/birth process with holistic healing, and allowing the mother to simply listen to her own intuition and body.

​I am eager to continue my journey, just like the compassionate women before us, and teach others how integrated holistic healing can be beneficial for generations to come.
