As an experienced Doula I provide emotional support, physical comfort measures, and advocacy, to help you feel calm and confident during labor and birth. I can assist with relaxation techniques, massage, positioning, and breathing techniques to help manage discomfort and promote progress in labor. I also work closely with your medical team to ensure that your wishes and needs are respected throughout the process. Whether you choose a natural birth, a medicated birth, or a planned cesarean, I’m here to provide the support and guidance you need to have a safe and positive birth experience.
