I understand that the postpartum period can be a challenging and emotional time for new mothers and their families. That’s why I  offer a range of postpartum services to support you as you transition into parenthood whether you’re a first time parent or not. As an experienced Doula I provide emotional support, practical assistance, and education to help you navigate the early days and weeks with your new baby. I can help with breastfeeding support, newborn care, postpartum recovery, and emotional wellness. I also offer support with household tasks, meal preparation, and errands so that you can focus on your recovery and bonding with your baby. My goal is to help you feel confident, supported, and empowered as you navigate this exciting new chapter in your life.
